Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 16 was read the third time. Senators Wilken, Green, Bunde, Cowdery, Huggins, Dyson, Wagoner, Seekins, Stedman, Gary Stevens, Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 16 Supporting legislation before the United States Congress that reaffirms the right of the states to regulate hunting and fishing, pass the Senate?" Senator Hoffman gave notice of reconsideration.
